CALC fees

All of CALC's fees are used to fund the ongoing development and maintenance of the protocol, which is crucial for maintaining its decentralized nature. It is important to have a truly permissionless protocol, as this allows anyone to access and use the tools and resources provided by the protocol without any barriers or limitations.

As we have seen with FTX and Celsius, the centralised exchange trust model is not viable and can result in the loss of consumer funds.

By decentralizing these tools and resources, we can ensure that they are available to everyone, regardless of their location, background, or resources. The fees collected through the CALC protocol help to ensure that this is possible, and are a vital part of ensuring the long-term viability of the protocol.

You will always be able to view the fees before committing to a transaction.
